Recently, Brian McLaren even honored the Dallas Morning News with a phone interview. It's kind of basic McLaren responses, but he's responding to my home town paper, so I gotta link it!!!

Wendell Berry has a new article in the latest _Orion_ mag (look to the left). It is amazing, and every time I read anything by the man I want to move to a farm. Mark those words.
I found this quote of his today and was inspired:

worth every minute and dime

We drove to Atlanta, and it was worth everything. Sigur Ros is like nothing else. We can't exactly describe the concert ... sorry. But, I'll try in person to tell as much as I can.

They just yesterday released the video that accompanies one of their newest songs - glosoli. It is amazing, of course.

The new album comes out tuesday, Sept. 13th.

Richard and I went to partake of a Sigur Ros concert on Tuesday night (we drove out monday morning and arrived back wednesday morning - gone 48 hrs).
A great part of the trip was hanging out with Lauren, former co-worker, who lives there. We were able to stay there - sweet setup - and meet her cool, welcoming family. Many thanks to the Shupert's!
Here we are outside her house.
The weather was great & the trees were tall - good setting for the flood of music we would undergo.
